Delivery

Delivery time can vary on your location. We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours from receiving your order. Customer service in incredibly important to us and we do not want to make you wait. Tracking information will go live once it has been despatched from us which in most cases is by MyHermes tracked delivery.
*During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday etc) please expect a small delay in our service, as our warehouse ninjas and our customer service gurus are even busier than usual.
*International Orders:  We are based in the UK so all orders placed outside of the UK will take longer to despatch and arrive. Rest assured, we will still get these to you as quickly as we can.

Delivery is completely free on all orders over £25 that are being delivered anywhere within mainland UK. For all orders under £25, delivery costs are included on the checkout page.
